this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story waterfront town-home is located in the port norfolk section of portsmouth, va There is a large front and back yard partially fenced and opens to the Elizabeth River with beautiful sunsets. There is one en-suite bedroom upstairs and one bedroom and full bath downstairs. There is a breakfast bar and separate formal dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils and dinner service for 8. We use high quality sheets and towels; and comforters are cleaned after each guest. There are extra towels, blankets and pillows in each bedroom. All linens are cleaned onsite with name brand detergents (Tide, Gain, Clorox, Downy, Dreft, Oxiclean and Bounce).
the iron and other cleaning supplies are stored in the downstairs closet There are plenty of games (drinking and regular), puzzles, books and a volley ball set that can be assembled in the backyard. YouTube TV and Peacock are available on the Smart TV downstairs, along with a host of other entertainment apps. Wifi is provided.

There are privacy fences in some backyard so you can not directly see into the neighbors yard, and everyone's fence is open to the water (this area is shared without issue)..
